There are several companies that provide compression pumps for your legs, arms, trunk, and head/neck.

A pneumatic compression device is clinically proven to stimulate the lymph system. The compression garments sequentially inflate and deflate creating a gentle wave of pressure that helps move lymphatic fluid. A compression pump provides a treatment sequence that is similar to manual lymphatic drainage.

Medicare requires a diagnosis of lymphedema as well as 4-5 visits with a physical therapist (and 30 days of care), and approval by patient's main health care provider.

Treatments are painless. The recommended treatment is an hour treatment in the morning and evening.
